You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep our services available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
